• In this tutorial we will be adding a new shipping rate
• Navigate to Shipping >> Create a Shipping Rate
• And a description. This is used as the name
• Select this shipper this is applied to
• Then select a coutry that this rate applies to. You can select multiple countries if you want to
• The next 4 are optional, but can help you fine tune your shipping rates
• Then enter the shipping fee
• Enter the fee you pay
• Select the currency the fees are in
• Save the rate
• Your new shipping rate has been created
