• In this tutorial we will be exploring the OpenSEF SEO assistant. The aim of these tools is to help you with your SEO efforts
• The first tool we will use is the Google Position Results
• You can enter the total number of items to search through, the search term you want to check, and the URL to check for. You can also choose if you want to show the actual search results
• Click Search
• We are not placed in the top 10 for the keyword in either Google or Yahoo. Next we will use the Keyword Density tool
• Enter the URL you want to analyze and click Search
• You will be shown an analysis of all keywords on your page. Next let's use the Check Links tool
• This tool will check for broken links on your page. Enter the URL to check and click Search
• We have no broken links on the page
• Next let's use the metatag generator
• Select the item you want to create meta tags for.
• Click Metadesc to generate a description of the page
• Let's save the changes
• You can use these tools to help you vastly improve your search engine rankings
