This tutorial will show you how to create a module for your Joomla site.
Tutorial Text
In this tutorial we will be creating a module in Joomla. This is a great technique if you want to show a banner or small piece of text, and still want to have the control that a module gives you.
Navigate to Modules >> Site Modules
Click New in the toolbar.
Type in a Title for the Module
You can edit parameters for your module here
Click the Image Insert button
Enter the path to the image
Click Insert
Click Save
We can see that the new module has been created. Let's go to the frontpage to see the module.
Now we can see our module.
