This tutorial will show you how to manage links in JCE Editor

In this tutorial we will be installing and using the JCE advanced link manager
Begin by navigating to Components >> JCE Admin >> JCE Plugins
First click the Install button
Browse to the package on your computer
Select the package and click the Open button
Then click Upload File & Install
It's been installed, click Continue...
Now let's go edit a content item
Choose an item to edit
Select some text in the story you want to link
Then click the link button
Enter a URL for the link
If you have any anchors on the page, you can assign the link to point to that anchor
You can select the target for the link as well
You can set a title for the link. This is very helpful for SEO purposes
You can change the CSS class for the link
If you would like to create an email link you can do that as well
You can also link directly to a content item within Joomla
Let's move on to the popup tab
You can have the link show in a popup window. If you do you can set the size and position of the window along with several other options.
Let's move on to the Events tab
You can set several JavaScript actions on various events. This should only be used if you know what you are doing.
Let's move on to the Advanced tab
You can set many advanced settings for the link. Again, these should only be used if you know what you are doing.
One useful tool for differently-abled users is the Tabindex setting. This allows users of screenreaders to tab between your links, and you can set the order they go in. Use numerals, 0 is the lowest.
Then let's insert the link
We can see the link has been created
