• In this tutorial we will be modifying the design of our magazine. iJoomla comes with a large number of layouts and css files, but it is also easy to customize them to fit your needs.
• Let's begin with the HTML Layout Manager
• We are using layout #3, so we will modify that one.
• Layouts in iJoomla are as simple as HTML code with a few special chunks inserted where your content should go. We will add a small chunk of text.
• Then let's save the changes.
• Let's check the frontend to see the changes
• We can see the text we added.
• Now let's edit the css file
• We will edit the grey.css file that we are using in our magazine.
• Let's modify the heading class to make the border a little more pronounced.
• Let's save our changes.
• Let's go to the frontend to see our changes.
• This is what we had originally. Refresh the page.
• We can see the darker border on the heading class.
